Our business is situated in the magnificent grounds of Traquair House http://www.traquair.co.uk/ , the oldest inhabited house in Scotland with an international reputation. We have been established here for 18 years, trading as an etching and jewellery-casting and leatherwork business.
We design, manufacture and retail from an historical, two storey stable building in Traquair House grounds, which seems quite apt as our business name is Centaur, half man and half horse!
We are open to the public daily during Traquair House opening times. Easter - end October each year. Times vary dependent upon the month, so if you are planning a visit, please phone us first to arrange a time, especially outside normal months opening times. We are happy to arrange selling our products outside the normal opening times of Traquair House.
