Shopping
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the Navigation to the left of each page. When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size from the drop down list and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "add to basket" button.
Purchasing & Payment
Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button at the top of your page. You will then be asked for a few details that we require to complete your order request.
We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment. You may provide your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet (secure site). Please quote your order number in all communications.
If you are shopping from outwith the U.K. for example North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or into your own country's currency.
Payment for items are taken at point of sale after a confirmation of order has been emailed to the customer. This ensures that funds are available for orders to be made and posted to the customer.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock and will take longer than 28 days to arrive, we will back order items for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. (You can type in a deadline date for urgent orders in the 'special instructions' box. We will always try to work within the customer's timescale and contact the customer if delivery within the requires timescale is not possible.
Shipping And Handling
For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by first class recorded post or next day Special Delivery. A flat charge of £3.50 (recorded delivery) is made for items costing £38.00 or less. Any mulitple items will be charged at cost, dependant upon the weight and value of the total goods in the package. Special Delivery costs (next day) begin at £4.50 - £20.00 (weight dependant).
For products to be delivered to the Rest Of The World a charge of £7.00 - £20.00 (weight & value dependant) for International Signed for delivery is charged. This service takes 5-8 days and requires a signature on arrival. This is an insured service.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5- 28 working days. Goods are not dispatched until full payment has been received. Although we recommend allowing 28 days for delivery, if items are in stock, they may be dispatched the same or next day.
Goods are dispatched within the UK mainland via Royal Mail: 1 class recorded postage or special delivery (next day service before 1pm).
Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery from date of dispatch within the UK.
Goods are dispatched out with the UK by 'International Signed For' Service. (5-8 working days from date of dispatch to arrive).This is an insured service.
Delivery times vary throughout the world. Please allow up to 28 Days for delivery to non-UK addresses. Ordered commissioned items or items that require plating or engraving may take longer than 28 days. We can email approximate delivery times and we always strive to work within customer timescales where possible, eg weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.
Tax Charges
All our orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee providing that they are returned unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition and are not a commissioned piece which is ordered specifically to the customer's request.
Returns Belts that are returned can be exchanged for an alternative if they are un-worn and in the same condition as when dispatched. If a replacement belt is required due to the size being given incorrectly at the time of order by the customer, postal charges will be charged to the customer.
Returns of commissioned items: We will not accept the return or refund the cost of a returned item which has been made especially for a customer. This includes jewellery or buckles that have been altered in any way to the customer's request and differ from goods offered as standard on our website. This includes pieces that have been gold-plated, silver-plated or antique-finished.
